I’m Nicky Lehwald, founder of Love Your Home and It’s All By Design Inc. 

I’ve spent most of my life creating beautiful spaces on a budget — first in my own home and later as the owner of a successful home staging business for over a decade, where I helped hundreds of homeowners boost both the beauty and the value of their properties. 

Now, as I work toward becoming a licensed real estate professional, I’m combining everything I’ve learned about design, property value, and the psychology of home into one mission: to help women like you create spaces you’re truly proud of. Because I believe our homes are so much more than four walls and furniture — they’re reflections of who we are, how we feel, and how we show up in the world.

My mission is to teach women like you how to create spaces they are proud of and that support their emotional well-being. I believe that every woman needs and deserves a home that feels like a sanctuary, a safe and nurturing place to land and recharge at the end of the day.
